About My Clients
I help high-achieving women struggling with attachment wounds, people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-criticism, and emotional burnout. By building safety and insight, then gently exploring early relationship patterns, emotional triggers, and underlying trauma, you'll experience more clarity, stronger boundaries, deeper self-trust, and a greater sense of wholeness and emotional freedom.
My Background and Approach
I completed my MA in Antioch University Seattle and acquired 300-plus direct clinical service hours working with diverse clients. Trained in Gottman Theory, Attachment Theory, and IFS Theory. 2023 American Counseling Association conference presenter. Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Professional Honor Society International chapter president (OMG 2023). I offer depth-oriented, attachment-based, and trauma-informed therapy that blends: Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic and relational approaches, Somatic awareness, Self-compassion work, and culturally responsive care. Integrating and tailoring to your emotional pace. Therapy with me offers both the soothing presence and meaningful challenge needed for deep healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Coming from a culture deeply rooted in relationships, humility, and collective well-being, I see myself as a wounded healer—someone who has walked through the rain and now dedicates herself to holding the umbrella for others. Those close to me often describe me as “an old soul in a young body.” My passion for human connection, psychology, and well-being has always been a guiding force in my life. I believe there is no true distinction between you and me. We are all connected on a deep and magical level. We share the pain, the joy, and everything in between.
