About My Clients
You may be struggling in a relationship that you know isn’t healthy, but feel unsure about what to do next. Maybe you’re still in the relationship, thinking about leaving, going back and forth, or trying to recover after getting out. I work with people navigating narcissistic, emotionally abusive, controlling, and unhealthy relationships with partners and/or family members. You don’t have to be ready to leave or have everything figured out. Wherever you are, I’m here to listen and support you.
My Background and Approach
I have over 14 years of experience as a therapist working with children, teens, and adults. I have extensive training and experience treating trauma and anxiety disorders and helping clients understand the underlying causes and patterns contributing to their anxiety, while collaboratively working to address it. I also have specialized experience helping people navigate and recover from unhealthy, emotionally abusive, controlling, and narcissistic relationships. Together, we can make sense of what’s happening, explore your options, and help you reconnect with yourself. I have been providing Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for the past three years and am a trained KAP provider through Journey Clinical. I also completed a 9-month KAP training through Polaris Insight Center. My approach is person-centered, warm, and collaborative, and focused on meeting you where you are. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to support you and meet you where you are.
