My Background and Approach
As the owner of Houston Professional Counseling, I offer counseling for children, teens and adults dealing with difficult life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and work/school/relationship related issues. My clients appreciate my solution-focused approach & ability to tailor our sessions to their needs & personality. Play Therapy is also offered in our dedicated Play Therapy room for children 3 & up. Play Therapy allows young children to express their feelings, thoughts, and needs through creative play with a trained therapist. I work closely with parents/caregivers to address their child's emotional, behavioral, & cognitive needs through Parent Consultations & Coaching. Appointments can be made in our modern Clear Lake area office with a private waiting room, or via secure video sessions from anywhere in the State of Texas.
