About My Clients
My clients arrive with problems that they haven't been able to resolve by themselves. Very often they are in distress and pain which is very difficult in itself. They have tried many times to find a solution. Often they are successful in many areas of their lives but need to develop a skillset of tools to regain hope and to be able to cope with the stressors they have encountered. I work with individuals, couples and families. I see adults, adolescents and children.
My Background and Approach
I practice as a psychotherapist with years of experience and understanding about what my clients are going through. I work from a humanistic /existential place in the context of interpersonal experience. I work with a clients experience to help they resolve the deep pain that has brought them to seek therapy. My work involves collaboration with my client's in goal setting and planning a course of treatment that fits their needs and comfort level.
