I work with both individuals and couples experiencing relationship challenges, including communication difficulties, recurring conflict, trust concerns, boundary issues, and feelings of disconnection. My experience includes helping clients identify patterns within their relationships, improve communication, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

Anxiety is one of the most common concerns I help clients address. Throughout my career, I have worked with adults experiencing chronic worry, overthinking, perfectionism, social anxiety, stress, self-doubt, and anxiety related to major life changes. My approach focuses on helping clients understand the patterns contributing to anxiety while developing practical skills that create meaningful and lasting change.

I regularly work with adults navigating ADHD and the challenges that often accompany it, including procrastination, overwhelm, emotional regulation difficulties, organization concerns, and self-criticism. In addition to symptom management, I help clients better understand how ADHD affects their daily lives, relationships, work, and self-perception so they can build strategies that are realistic, sustainable, and individualized.

My trauma work is informed by specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and experience working with individuals impacted by traumatic experiences. I view trauma as something that can shape beliefs about ourselves, others, relationships, and safety long after an event has occurred. My approach helps clients process these experiences in a structured, evidence-based way while building insight, resilience, and greater freedom in their lives.

Person Centered Therapy shapes how I show up as a therapist and how I approach the therapeutic relationship. I believe meaningful change is more likely to occur when people feel genuinely understood, respected, and accepted without judgment. Years of clinical experience have strengthened my ability to create a collaborative environment where clients can explore difficult experiences openly, develop greater self-understanding, and move toward growth at a pace that feels authentic and sustainable.

Reality Therapy provides much of the foundation for how I understand mental health and human behavior. Rather than viewing people as broken or defective, this approach helps explain how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors often develop as attempts to meet important needs and adapt to life circumstances. My experience applying Reality Therapy helps clients build self-awareness, personal responsibility, and meaningful change while recognizing their strengths and capacity for growth.
