About My Clients
Are you a cycle breaker ready to heal, move forward, and feel more connected to yourself and others? I support clients navigating birth trauma, childhood trauma, generational trauma, betrayal or infidelity, and first responder or secondary trauma. Healing does not mean forgetting what happened, it means helping your mind and body process what you have carried so you can move forward with greater connection. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, connection, and a stronger sense of self.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from the University of Utah in 2013 and have worked in several areas of social work, including forensic social work, medical and crisis settings, and individual and family therapy. I am EMDR Certified, trained in Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I use a multi-modal, individualized approach because I do not believe therapy is one-size-fits-all. I tailor treatment to each client’s needs, goals, and nervous system. I also facilitate EMDR Intensives, where we spend a minimum of 15 hours together to focus more deeply on healing. This format can help clients process trauma more efficiently and experience relief sooner than traditional weekly therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe trauma therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we work to support your nervous system, release distress held in the body, process traumatic experiences, and strengthen your connection with yourself. My hope is that therapy helps you move beyond simply surviving. I want my clients to experience deeper connection with the people they love, a stronger sense of belonging, and most importantly, more joy and presence in their lives.
