I understand the profound effects trauma can have and can recognize when treatment exceeds my scope. In such cases, I refer clients to psychiatrists and EMDR therapists to ensure they receive collaborative, comprehensive care.

Throughout my career, I have used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with diverse populations to address depression, anxiety, and trauma-related symptoms. My education and further studies in CBT have shaped my treatment interventions, allowing me to tailor strategies to each client’s needs. Throughout my career, I’ve used Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients with interpersonal issues and emotional regulation. My education provided foundational knowledge, and my ongoing learning of DBT has enhanced my ability to identify when it’s appropriate.
