I have experience in working with diverse populations and persons with mental and chemical dependency barriers, to include, but no limited to chemical dependency and addiction, depression, anxiety, bi-polar, trauma, & life transitions.
My Background and Approach
My area of concentration is individual therapy, where I journey with individuals to become their better self. It is through our past that we learn to evolve, grow and cultivate our authentic self. It is NEVER too late to begin the journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in utilizing a holistic approach to include person centered and trauma informed care. It is my observation and clinical experience that each and every client should be approached as the unique individual that they are. Clinical interventions range from solution focused, person centered, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness.
