About My Clients
Shame expert, Brené Brown, puts it like this: “Shame loves secrecy. The most dangerous thing to do after a shaming experience is hide or bury our story. When we bury our story, the shame metastasizes.” You’ve been holding onto shame stories, weighing you down and consuming you; it’s torture. Shame paves the way for depression and anxiety, terrorizing your relationships, work, and personal life. I know you’d like to feel lighter, freer, and more connected and accepting of yourself.
My Background and Approach
Uncomfortable topics are all too often ignored, suppressed, and sources of shame. I prioritize making my space affirming and safe regardless of kinks/BDSM, sex work, gender identity, sexuality, and relationship style (poly, c/enm). I understand how much you need that space to unpack and explore yourself comfortably and without fear of judgment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I love watching people grow and learn how to do life with empowerment and self-acceptance. Seeing shame and guilt lifted and watching people find freedom makes me LEAP out of bed every day. I believe that everyone deserves a hand on their journey to healing; would you like some support?
