I help high-functioning adults reconnect with themselves and live from who they are—not just the roles they’ve learned to carry.

About My Clients

You are here ●—a starting point, the place you find yourself right now. Not the version you present, but the honest place beneath that. Many of my clients are used to being the strong one, the reliable one, the one others depend on, while quietly feeling disconnected from themselves. Over time, they become aware of the cost of holding everything together and begin to want something different.

My Background and Approach

My work centers on identity, internal capacity, and the ability to remain present with yourself without abandoning who you are. In our work, “here ●” becomes the starting point—not something to escape. We slow down enough to understand what you’ve been carrying—the roles, patterns, and ways of being that once made sense but no longer fit. We’ll look at how you learned to become who you are—and what it’s been costing you. At the same time, we build your capacity to stay present with yourself without shutting down or overextending. As that capacity grows, clarity begins to emerge. Boundaries become more natural. Decisions begin to feel more aligned. This is an active, collaborative process. I will guide, challenge, and support you, while you remain present with yourself throughout. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and identity-focused, parts-informed approaches—all in service of a more stable, honest relationship with yourself.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I don’t believe therapy is about becoming someone new. I believe it’s about learning how to return to yourself—and building the capacity to stay there. Real change doesn’t come from forcing yourself to do better or be different. It comes from understanding yourself clearly enough that something begins to shift naturally. When you can remain present with yourself—without abandoning your needs, overriding your truth, or losing yourself in roles—you begin to live from a more grounded place. I also believe that awareness is not failure. The moment you notice something isn’t aligned is often the beginning of something real. For those who desire it, I welcome conversations around faith, meaning, and spiritual alignment, but always without pressure or assumption.
