My work focuses on more than just your emotions. I help people unpack their personal complexity. As we talk through the struggles you are facing, we will look at your behavior, patterns, thoughts, tangible self, history, your physical environment as well as your cultural environment and how all of these relate to each other in our session.
I challenge beliefs in my clients and help them to slowly address their trauma while keeping a grounded safe reality. We will work to not only address your current thoughts but address their origin and deal with the physical effects of the anxiety and stress you face physically in the moment.
My clients and I have deep and impactful conversations understanding that therapy is not finished when our session ends but instead when they stop thinking about what we spoke about in session.
