I specialize in working with individuals who are facing big life changes and transitions, dealing with relationship issues or work issues, or struggling with low self-esteem. Throughout your sessions, you will get to know yourself better and gain awareness of your patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. With that awareness and understanding of yourself, you will have opportunities to make changes to those patterns and to your life.
My Background and Approach
I use an integrated approach that combines CBT, psychodynamic, trauma-focused and attachment based approaches. My role as a therapist is to accompany and guide my clients on this journey, knowing when to be gentle and when to push a little bit harder to make progress towards your goals.
