About My Clients
Specializing in anxiety and mood disorders, I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and ADHD. With a strong belief that self-awareness is at the core of personal growth, I help clients gain insight into their strengths, emotions, thoughts, and motivations to improve their relationships with themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Cornell University. I received my Master of Arts and Doctor of Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I completed my APA-accredited predoctoral internship at Southwest Behavioral and Health Services. I completed my postdoctoral fellowship in private practice at NEST Psychological. I take an integrative approach to treatment, blending different evidence-based interventions to meet clients where they are in their therapeutic journey. My approach is rooted in creating a genuine, empathetic, and supportive relationship, as I believe each client’s needs are unique and require personalized care.
