About My Clients
I work with children, teens, and families who may be navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation challenges, trauma, social difficulties, life transitions, or behavioral concerns. Many of the families I support feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn next. Together, we focus on understanding each child's unique needs, strengthening relationships, building practical skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Registered Play Therapist (RPT), and National Certified Counselor (NCC) serving children, teens, adults, and families throughout Georgia. My primary focus is helping children and caregivers navigate emotional, behavioral, developmental, and relational challenges with confidence and compassion. I have experience supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, social challenges, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming, and tailored to each person's strengths, needs, and goals. I integrate evidence-based approaches including play therapy, AutPlay Therapy, cognitive behavioral strategies, and parent coaching to create meaningful opportunities for growth. I believe therapy should feel safe, engaging, and supportive, allowing clients and families to build resilience while developing practical skills that extend beyond the therapy room.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people grow best when they feel safe, accepted, and genuinely understood.
