About My Clients

My clients are female millennial entrepreneurs who are having a hard time connecting to others in their personal life. They appear to have it all but are desperately yearning for a deeper understanding of themselves and intimacy with others.

My Background and Approach

I utilize tools that help clients by giving them the autonomy to heal themselves through introspection and silence. I received my masters in family therapy because the general approach to issues is uniquely different. As an associate marriage and family therapist, I view issues as problems within a bigger picture. I take into account a person's experiences and work to tailor the therapeutic experience that will bring about lasting change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a woman of color moving through this world, there have been times where I was deemed by others to not belong in a certain space or conversation. That has fueled me to empower others to reclaim their time in ways that may not be obvious to those who have not lived through my experiences. I offer a diverse perspective to the way I view mental health because I have had to overcome cultural disagreements as a first generation American. I was raised on the premise that mental health was just a spiritual battle that one needed to submit to God in order to be cured. I offer my clients space to bring God into the therapy room by offering a fresh narrative of what mental health and emotional wellness means.
