About My Clients
You are struggling to live your best life -- due to life transition, depression, anxiety, trauma, and/or relationship issues -- and are sick of your past interfering with your present. You want to dig deep, heal old wounds, and lead with strength and resilience. You are looking for a trauma-informed approach to process and unpack some (set of) significant life event(s).
My Background and Approach
My approach is most informed by my training in EMDR and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, as well as my fundamental values of authenticity and deep connection. Having worked many years in higher education, I love working with the young adult/young professional population. I incorporate things like guided imagery, somatic techniques, and inner child work as part of a mind-body-spirit approach.
