About My Clients
Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware people who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, or difficult relationship dynamics. Some are processing past trauma or navigating major life transitions. They often want to understand themselves more deeply, feel more emotionally balanced, and build healthier, more authentic relationships.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. Much of my work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps people understand the different emotional “parts” within themselves and the roles those parts play in protecting us. Rather than trying to force change, we explore the deeper patterns beneath difficult emotions and reactions. In our work together, we move at your pace while building awareness, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. Many clients find that understanding their internal patterns helps them feel less stuck and more empowered in their relationships and everyday lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people are not broken. The patterns that cause pain in our lives often began as ways of protecting ourselves in difficult situations. When those patterns are met with understanding rather than judgment, meaningful change becomes possible. Therapy, to me, is a collaborative process built on safety, trust, and curiosity. My role is not to “fix” clients but to help them understand themselves more deeply and reconnect with their own inner wisdom. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen and supported. By approaching our experiences with compassion, we can develop greater self-trust, emotional balance, and more authentic relationships with ourselves and others.
