If that's not a crucial part of a therapeutic relationship, I don't know what is. My breadth of experience affords me special insight into fertility, perinatal. postpartum struggles, chronic illness, and military life.
My Background and Approach
The answers are often inside us we just can't quiet the noise around us to hear them. I believe in self-discovery because if it was as easy as giving advice we'd save the cash and go to our friends. We are also the ones that have to live with the decisions we make so we might as well feel good making them.
