About My Clients
We all need support sometimes, and that’s why you’ve found yourself here. My clients often come to me during some of the most challenging moments of their lives—and we face those challenges together, with empathy, curiosity and care. Whether you're dealing with infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum depression, identity shifts, or the everyday overwhelm of parenting, you are not alone. I have also worked extensively with depression, anxiety, traumatic brain injury (TBI), & chronic illness.
My Background and Approach
I'm a New York State-licensed clinical social worker with a master’s degree in social work from New York University. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more engaged in your relationships, and more present in the world around you. My therapy style is easy going, curious, empathic, open-minded and collaborative. I enter each session with the intention of providing you with a safe, nurturing space to explore your thoughts and feelings, without judgment. I have completed the advanced perinatal mental health psychotherapy training program from Postpartum Support International (PSI) and have earned a certificate in infertility mental health from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
