Life is filled with stressors and sometimes it feels like too much. Stress, anxiety, depression, trouble sleeping, going through the motions, impact to job, relationships or health is not sustainable. There are tools to help you feel back in the driver’s seat and in control again. Share with me your goals, and I’d like to come alongside you to assist in improving day to day life at your pace.
My Background and Approach
Not all home improvement jobs require a hammer to complete, but without one there may be tasks that just can’t be completed. Therapy is not one size fits all, and there are multiple techniques and strategies to gain the tools needed to be successful. I am empathetic and supportive and focus on strengths and progress. I incorporate cognitive behavioral strategies to educate clients on the impact Of their thoughts on behaviors as well as solution focused. I provide homework outside of session when helpful and strategies to manage anxiety/stress beginning with our first session to get you closer to feeling better. Therapy isn’t designed to last forever and the skills developed can be used long after sessions have ended.
