About My Clients
Inner Clarity, LLC is a group private practice comprised of professionals with varying areas of specialization. Our main goal is to provide a warm, inviting, and relaxing environment for our clients to engage in individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy with a professional who is skilled in meeting their clinical needs.
My Background and Approach
I have found it to be so important for my clients to recognize and build upon their own strengths. In our work together we can establish definable goals for treatment and uncover various patterns that developed over time. After obtaining a Master's Degree from Columbia University, I had the opportunity to work in both inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings. I specialize in working with individuals of all ages who are dealing with anxiety, self-destructive behaviors, or adoption-related concerns.
