About My Clients
Maybe you’re carrying the weight of 2026, a single difficult event, childhood wounds, or a heavy burden you can’t quite name. Maybe you’re noticing you're ready to try to put yourself first and love yourself. Whatever you're carrying, you are welcome here ... exactly as you are right now. :) Together, we’ll use gentle ways to help your body feel like a calm place to live as you move toward a life of compassion, hope, and fullness.
My Background and Approach
My therapy style is relational and grounded in empathy, curiosity, and gentleness. I'm a trauma survivor as well as a trauma & resiliency-informed, strengths-based therapist. Depending on your unique wants and needs, I gently weave in EMDR, the Trauma Resiliency Model and/or "parts work" so that you can settle your nervous system and then learn to let your wise adult self lead with courage and compassion- even through the ups and downs of life. Because true healing requires a sense of safety, it's important you feel comfortable with me! Please reach out with any questions or to schedule a free consultation. It takes great courage to put yourself first, and I’m here to walk that path with you if you'd like. :)
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in gentleness, joy, integrity and authenticity. I believe in hospitality, justice, and welcoming all -- every race, ability, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identification, status, and education. I believe that when horrendous things happen, there is so much room for healing to take place. I believe that we can all learn how to rebalance our nervous systems. I believe in Jesus. My faith helps nourish me. I'm also keenly aware that some people who call themselves "Christians" (especially now) have done so much harm and act in ways that contradict the values of Jesus! Another tidbit about me: I navigate the world as a neurodiverse trauma survivor, and I'm deeply committed to nurturing kindness to ourselves and kindness to all. I truly am so happy you're here, and I'm here to walk this path towards hope and healing if you'd like. :)
