Clients come to me needing someone who can help get to the root of their problems, because therapy should be a place where you find peace beyond just what’s wrong today. Sessions are about more than just talking; we incorporate both your mind & body, so you can experience wholeness again. We will always go at your pace and comfort level. My practice is self pay only, and I am not paneled with any insurance companies.

As an experienced life transition and trauma therapist, I believe that every woman can find freedom from pressures that are placed on us. My approach is rooted in self-compassion and acceptance. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The journey of womanhood includes multiple important rites of passage: adolescence; independence; career choices; marriage or partnership; the decision to become a parent (or not); motherhood; empty nest syndrome; and menopause. For many women, it also includes anxiety, depression, illness, fertility struggles, divorce, loss, grief and loneliness. I know that your circumstances are unique so every step we take is tailored to you and always with an end goal in mind. First, we examine and process the dynamics that are causing the feelings of disconnection you’re experiencing in your life. Then, we work on the emotion regulation, distress tolerance and behavior changes that will be most effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll be equipped with the skills and confidence you need to thrive in your relationships and life.
