My Background and Approach
Since earning my doctoral degree from George Washington University (GWU) in Washington, D.C., I've worked in a variety of settings and have a wealth of experience. I offer culturally sensitive therapy, valuing diversity in all forms. As both a Veteran and as a military spouse, I understand the experience of adapting to life changes. My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative.

I view my role as a psychologist to be that of a guide for personal transformation and a companion in navigating life's challenges.
