My Background and Approach
With over 15 years of experience, I offer therapy that meets you exactly where you are—with compassion and curiosity. My approach is both grounded and dynamic: one part of me is energizing and action-oriented, helping you shift, move, and grow; the other holds steady space for deep healing, where lasting transformation can truly take root. I draw from a range of powerful tools—Brainspotting, Parts Work, Flash Technique (from EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy—to support healing on every level: mind, body, and nervous system. Brainspotting is at the heart of my work. It gently accesses the brain’s natural ability to process stuck emotions and experiences, using eye position to unlock what words alone often can’t reach. For those navigating OCD or anxiety, I also use evidence-based approaches like CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which help break free from anxious cycles and create more space for ease and freedom.
