I specialize in helping people navigate challenging life transitions with a focus in defining goals from a value-based perspective. I am also experienced working with women experiencing perimenopause and menopause, as well as supporting people through grief and loss. Having an honest and caring therapist in your life is the best self care, when things are going well and when life gets difficult. My Background and Approach
My speciality areas include individual psychotherapy, mindfulness meditation instruction and somatic therapy. I am trained in Adlerian theory and utilize Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy in addition to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy models in my practice. This combination of theory and practice helps you focus on your personal goals and needs by developing confidence and certainty in your inner strength and knowledge. My focus is always on your holistic wellbeing and services are tailored to meet your personal goals. In-person, in-nature, and telehealth meeting options are available to allow you to build therapy into your schedule.
