About My Clients
My clients are often the ones who’ve carried a lot quietly. Deep feelers, caregivers, overthinkers. Tired of holding it all together. Many are navigating complex trauma, chronic stress, or the impact of emotionally immature parents. They want a space to be real, to feel safe in their own body, and to move at their own pace. I offer therapy that meets you there with curiosity, compassion, and care.
My Background and Approach
I’m a trauma therapist who believes healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported in our wholeness. I bring over 15 years of experience as an LCSW, specializing in complex trauma, nervous system regulation, and attachment wounds. My approach blends neuroscience with somatic practices, parts work, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, NARM principles, EMDR, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I work well with deep thinkers, big feelers, and those navigating neurodivergence, chronic stress, or emotionally immature parents. My style is collaborative, intuitive, and warm, while also active and clear. We go at the pace of your nervous system to build true safety and lasting change. You don’t have to perform, push, or prove anything here. Just bring your real self. I’ll meet you there.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value honesty, curiosity, and compassion. I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in offering space to reconnect with the parts of you that have been carrying too much. My approach is grounded in nervous system science and shaped by respect for your pace, your complexity, and your lived experience. I draw from somatic practices, parts work, and a warm, intuitive presence. I’m not a blank slate. I show up as a real person who is attuned, steady, and engaged. I believe healing happens in relationships where you feel safe enough to be seen and supported enough to grow. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what’s been, and begin to feel what’s possible.
