I continue to feel privileged when individuals and couples allow me to assist them in meeting their personal goals. After recognizing the need for support, many feel vulnerable and overwhelmed in taking that first step. I specialize in working with adults ; couples navigating sexual and emotion intimacy challenges, infidelity, betrayal trauma, divorce grief and major life transitions.
My Background and Approach
From our first session, I thrive to provide you with a safe space to explore your experiences and emotions. I am committed to serving each client with compassion and empathy. Major life transitions can feel overwhelming; creating anxiety, depression and often a mixture of both and more. The emotions of the circumstance(s) can feel like an impossible task to overcome. You don't have to manage these emotions alone. When a relationship is destroyed by an affair, most couples report that their relationship can't survive without severe damage. However, if both individuals want to work towards building a new relationship post betrayal trauma, I know you can and will. When sexual and/or emotional intimacy challenges are recognize, it's common to not know where to start, or how to verbalize this problem to yourself and/or your partner. I would be honored to hear your story.
