My Background and Approach
I use an integrated Humanistic approach to therapy, recognizing the unique aspects that make up each individual. Counseling is a collaborative journey, where clients can develop self-understanding, leading to life long changes and emotional well being. I also offer Equine Assisted Counseling services on a limited basis for those aged twelve and above.
