I specialize in working with women and teen girls who are feeling isolated, anxious and depressed. I can help relieve feelings of loneliness and lack of motivation by providing support and practice skills to guide you towards your peace and joy. I have specialized training and passion for working with women before, during and after pregnancy.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a proven approach to change negative thinking patterns and behaviors. I also incorporate somatic techniques such a breathing techniques and movement to help my clients make a mind and body connection.
