I will help you find practical solutions for problems. We will start with looking at the thoughts and behaviors you would like to change. Then we can make a plan using coping skills and other tools to make positive changes. I have over 25 years experience, education and trainings that I can share with you. I have created a safe space with no judgment for you to go at your own pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in balance in our lives. We can only handle so much stress and we need to have daily, weekly activities to help reduce anxiety and depression. I like to use a holistic approach in the sense that I want clients to look at their physical health as well as their mental health because there could be other contributing factors in what is going on.
