My Background and Approach
I specialize in providing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a pro-active and highly effective treatment. Knowing which skills and strategies work, and bringing them to life in a trusting and personal therapy relationship is at the core of my practice. I received my BA in Psychology from UCLA and went on to earn my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from CSPP. I founded YCBT Services with the goal of providing compassionate and effective help to others. I am a diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, and serve as co-chair and board member for the National Social Anxiety Center (NSAC). Schedule a call!
