My Background and Approach
I'm certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and also hold advanced training in mindfulness, CBT, Psychodynamic therapy, and anxiety treatment. This allows me to tailor each session to your specific needs, always with respect and compassion.
