In my practice, I draw from a wide range of evidence-based approaches. I’m certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Certified in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, and also hold advanced training in mindfulness, ADHD, grief, CBT, Psychodynamic therapy and anxiety treatment. This allows me to tailor each session to your specific needs—always with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
