I am here to empower individuals who may feel at a point of unstableness, misunderstood or questioning what their next step may be in life. I have a passion for assisting Individuals from all walks of life including but not limited to: individuals having a hard time with anxiety, major life transition, an addiction, sexuality/gender identity issues, workplace issues or feelings of being overwhelmed with everyday life.
My Background and Approach
My desire evolved from personal experiences of life’s trials and tribulations and how I learned to cope and live healthy. Which inspired my passion in paying it forward and assisting others with identifying how to live a meaningful life, free from the negative stigma of seeking mental healthcare. I uprightly care about my patients’ well-being and guarantee a person-centered approach when working with them – opposed to using a standard one-size fit all service delivery.
