I am experienced in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Brief Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness based techniques.
