My Background and Approach
Cognitive behavior therapy provides short term therapy with long term results. In as little as 10-20 sessions, you can learn how to change the way you think, feel and behave. Hypnosis can be very useful with improving self esteem, sleep, motivation, concentration and managing pain. EMDR is a very effective method for working with PTSD and trauma issues.
