I can imagine this part of the process can be quite intimidating. In fact, the road leading up to this moment could have been riddled with obstacles and barriers. Whether those obstacles are fear of what others may think, past upsets from previous set-backs, or not knowing where to turn, You can get the help you deserve. Individuals that I serve are individuals who are at different walks of life that wouldn't mind having an objective view to help them navigate through the nuances of life.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Colorado and Illinois. I also hold my Certification in Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor and am a certified Co-occurring Disorders Professional in the State of Illinois. I want to foster an environment of care and autonomy. I take a client-centered approach to therapy based out of an individual's strengths and right for self-determination. I have background in providing outpatient counseling (individual and group settings) to assist my clients with a variety of mental health and substance use recovery needs.
