Although it is usually in an effort to help, sometimes different parts of us take over at the wrong time or do something that doesn’t seem to be helpful. Get support to uncover and be aware of what part of is being activated so that you can begin to see things as yourself instead of as a part of you taking over. My Background and Approach
I am counselor that looks beyond a diagnosis and strives to support people who may need support for stress, depression, addiction, relationships, and traumas. Throughout my diverse training and experience, I have built up a skill set that can be adapted for each person as we discover ways to change and adapt to how we manage stress, life and relationships.
