My goal as a therapist centers around helping my clients develop the skills to identify and challenge the areas of their life that are leading to their discomfort. Through the development of coping skills and deep insight into your thoughts and emotions, you can overcome any obstacle. Our thoughts and emotions oftentimes dictate our actions and reactions to events in our daily lives. Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy is a therapeutic framework that helps clients to not only identify and understand their thoughts and emotions but also aids them in developing the skills to challenge and overcome harmful and negative ways of thinking.
