About My Clients
I help people of all ages work through depression, trauma (including historical trauma), anxiety, ADHD, autism, and family issues. I have extensive experience with Autism and ADHD and am a certified AutPlay Provider. I’m also trained in Infant Mental Health and currently pursuing certification in Child-Parent Psychotherapy as well as Perinatal/Maternal Mental Health.
My Background and Approach
My therapy style is solution-focused and person-centered, meaning we work side-by-side to set goals that matter to you and take steps that feel realistic and achievable. My passion for this work is deeply personal: I have lived experience with domestic violence, autism, depression, anxiety, and suicidality. Because of this, I understand how heavy life can feel and how important it is to have a safe, collaborative space for healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know reaching out for help can be a big step, but I want you to know you’ll be met with understanding, respect, and practical tools for moving forward. I have personal, lived experience with domestic violence, premature birth, Autism, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I believe everyone has the capacity to change, and everyone deserves the chance to be happy. Your life can be what you want it to be!
