About My Clients
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is ask for help! And I want to be there to offer encouragement and support as you seek change. Therapy is a great tool to help you identify and address the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that impact your daily life. When working with you, I will seek to provide insight, structure, and guidance in an environment where you can express your feelings, and grow towards healthy and positive goals. My Background and Approach
I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including non-directive child centered play therapy, sand-tray, art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), anger management, skills building, and psycoeducation. My goal is to help every patient become empowered by change and learn life long problem-solving skills that lead to healthy choices and success. I received my Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Prior to joining the Ricci Psychology team, I spent over two years at Center for Child Counseling, Palm Beach FL, conducting individual, group, and family therapy. I continue to work to provide support for children/adolescents and their parents.
