About My Clients
I work with people navigating grief, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and life transitions- especially those asking big questions about identity, purpose, and belonging. Whether you're living alone for the first time, adjusting to a new job, processing loss, or wrestling with where you come from and where you’re going, therapy can help. I offer online therapy across Georgia, grounded in honesty, curiosity, and care—with space for humor, tradition, and whatever makes you you.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with young adults navigating things like grief, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, identity questions, and life transitions. My style is warm and collaborative. I draw from narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic insight, and IFS. I utilize brainspotting and operate from a Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned lens. I’ve supported clients through perfectionism, burnout, relational pain, suicidal ideation, and anything else they have brought to session. I use evidence-based approaches that adapt to what works best for you. Therapy with me is grounded, flexible, and centered on what actually helps you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I care deeply about creating a space where people feel seen, safe, and human. My work is shaped by values of anti-oppression, cultural humility, and a belief that people are not problems to be fixed. I operate from a Health at Every Size (HAES) lens and affirm neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ identities, and the need for more equitable mental health care. I’ve done suicide prevention work and regularly speak about mental health, grief, and resilience in community spaces. I love tiktok as much as the next girl, but I'm not here to offer quick fixes or toxic positivity-but to sit with the hard stuff, ask good questions, and help you move toward something more honest and sustainable. Outside of therapy, I love good coffee, bad puns, and trying to make meaning in a messy world.
