Whether you need a helping hand in moving through trauma or someone to help you in your relationships - you have come to the right place. Sometimes it can be very difficult to get "unstuck" and move towards a life you want when you must keep parts of yourself hidden. You are free to be yourself here. My Background and Approach
I believe the professional relationship we form together is the building block for the connection that is needed to change, grow, and evolve. My role as a therapist is to set up a safe and affirming space for you to tell your story and for you to explore ways to unlock your hidden gems. I am a sex positive therapist with strong ties to the kink, non-monogamous, queer, and trans communities. This makes me acutely aware and up-to-date on the challenges of intersecting identities, and allows me to take a personalized, trauma-informed, approach to therapy. The foundation of my counseling style is rooted in the belief that you have the inner wisdom to transform your life. My approach is compassion focused, affirming, and direct. I utilize mindfulness, DBT, CBT, ACT, and EMDR practices to guide you to access the information you need.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a neurodivergent, transgender (AFAB), nonbinary, asexual, aromantic, polyamorous, and kink identified professional, I stay actively engaged in the communities I serve and I am highly aware of how intersecting identities can impact the way we navigate life.
