About My Clients
Maybe you're tired of feeling like you don't quite fit anywhere—not fully yourself with family, friends, or even in spaces that are supposed to feel welcoming. Perhaps you're carrying pain from a childhood that didn't feel safe, where your authentic self had to hide to survive. Or maybe you find yourself being incredibly harsh with yourself, holding yourself to impossible standards while extending endless compassion to everyone else. You are in the right place.
My Background and Approach
After 17 years of volunteering in the field, I made the leap and went back to school to become the change I wish to see in the mental health world. I'm currently completing my clinical counseling internship under supervision, bringing fresh energy and deep commitment to this work. I identify as NeuroQueer, and chose this field because I believe everyone deserves to feel at home in their own skin and safe to be their authentic self. As a cultural-relational therapist, I understand that we don't exist in a vacuum. The environments we grew up in, the cultures we're part of, and the various systems around us have all shaped our experiences. Together, we'll explore how these influences have impacted you, honoring both the strength you've developed and the wounds that need tending.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Neurodivergent, Trans, Queer therapist, I understand what it's like to navigate a world that doesn't always make space for who you truly are. I'm here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your authentic self—the person who's been there all along, beneath the layers of protection and survival strategies you've had to develop. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen.
