About My Clients

As a compassionate, empathetic and intuitive therapist, I am here to support you.
My Background and Approach
I have over 14 years of experience working with survivors of sexual assault, interpersonal violence and other forms of abuse as well as over 3 years experience as a therapist for adolescents and young adults. My practice is primarily rooted in psychodynamic therapy and my approach is tailored to meet the needs of each client.

I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and affirming therapeutic space where all individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. I recognize that each client’s experiences are shaped by their unique identities, cultural backgrounds, and systemic influences and strive to maintain cultural humility. My goal is to empower clients by honoring their lived experiences and collaborating with them to navigate challenges with sensitivity and respect.
