About My Clients

Being a high-achieving and sensitive person can feel like a gift and a curse. These traits might be part of what makes you successful and might also contribute to your struggles. Actors, musicians, performers, athletes, and creative artists are often expected to “go on with show” regardless of any inner struggle that might be associated with doing so. This dichotomy can make it feel really challenging to do what you love and “be ok” at the same time.

My Background and Approach

Performance anxiety can become crippling and make it feel like you’re never reaching your full potential and striving for “perfection” can take over your artistry and personal life. Creative minds can feel busy and "all over the place" and frustration can become the primary feeling towards your craft- making the love and passion feel very far away. As a professional actor and performer myself since childhood, I know these challenges from the inside out. I specialize in working with performers and high-achievers of all ages. It is my honor to get to support other performers and their families as they work to find an artist:life balance that keeps them loving what they do.
