About My Clients
Do you ever feel like worry, sadness, past trauma, or constant conflict in your relationships are taking up too much space in your life? Anxiety can leave you on edge, depression can drain your energy, painful experiences from the past can feel like they still have a grip on you, and relationship struggles can make it hard to feel connected to the people you care about most. I understand how overwhelming this can feel, and you don’t have to face it alone.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-focused therapy, and somatic practices.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing is possible for everyone, no matter where you are starting from. We all carry patterns, habits, and responses that may have helped us survive at one point but now get in the way of living the life we want. The good news is that with support, those patterns can be unlearned and replaced with healthier ways of coping. My own journey has taught me that growth is not only possible but deeply rewarding, and I bring that belief into every session. I value authenticity, inclusivity, and connection, and I work to create a space where all people feel respected and safe to explore who they are. Outside of the therapy room, I’m passionate about community involvement and supporting movements that promote equality and mental health awareness.
