I have worked with clients with a variety of presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, complex trauma, emotional abuse, perfectionism, and body image issues. We will work together to allow for you to have the room to safely share your most vulnerable thoughts and feelings, while also curating tools and skills for you to move through difficult thoughts and feelings in session and out in your daily life. My therapy style can be described as warm, inviting, compassionate, empowering and collaborative.
