My Background and Approach
As a former Division I athlete, I understand the drive, discipline, and pressure that come with high performance—both in sport and in life. I work with athletes, teams, and high-achieving individuals who are used to pushing hard and holding themselves to high standards, yet may struggle with stress, anxiety, perfectionism, or burnout. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in performance psychology. I integrate evidence-based strategies with a deep understanding of athletic culture to help clients build resilience, confidence, and balance. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back, strengthen your mindset, and create tools to manage pressure and self-doubt. Therapy becomes a space to reset, refocus, and reconnect with your goals and values—so you can perform and feel at your best, both in and beyond your sport or career.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that performance and wellbeing are deeply connected—that you can’t sustain one without nurturing the other. I’ve lived the reality of striving for excellence while managing the pressures that come with it. I believe in meeting athletes and high achievers where they are—with empathy, honesty, and collaboration. Growth doesn’t come from perfection; it comes from self-awareness, resilience, and balance. My work is rooted in and guided by the belief that every individual has the capacity to reset, refocus, and reconnect with their confidence and purpose.
